Keynote Speaker: GK Rowe One of the most anticipated moments of the night was the keynote address by GK Rowe, Chief Experience Officer at Q7 Associates. Known for his extensive expertise in experience design, customer experience management, and user-centered design, Rowe’s speech was nothing short of inspirational.
