Today we meet up with Denny and Sally as they search for the perfect ultralight upgrade from their old polyethylene kayaks. They reached out asking about the Mocean Scout and other lightweight recreational touring kayaks that would suit their paddling style. A few years back, I sold them a pair of Feelfree Aventura 125s, which they’ve absolutely loved—but now they're looking for something lighter and maybe a bit faster. The two boats that came to mind were the Scout 12 and the Hurricane Tampico 130. Both weigh in around 45 pounds, making them easy to carry one-handed. They also feature medium-sized cockpits—snug enough to feel connected to the boat, but roomy enough to enter and exit comfortably. At the end of the day, they both fell in love with the Hurricane Tampico 130. I think it's the perfect fit as they progress into the next phase of their kayak journey! ========================================= Thank for joining us today Please do not forget to subscribe and drop us a like! ========================================= For more information head over to http://www.headwaterskayak.com Facebook https://www.facebook.com/headwaterskayak/ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/headwaterskayak/?hl=en =========================================
