Shine the Light on Sickle Cell Disease

Hackensack Meridian Health hosted a family education and celebration event, entitled "Shine the Light on Sickle Cell Disease," to honor the courage of our pediatric sickle cell disease patients and their families. This event included speakers, education, food, and family fun, and was well attended by our patients living with or cured of sickle cell disease (SCD) at HMH. At Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital, we are not just managing the disease—we are delivering cures.
