I grabbed the Lidl Gold Wire Jewellery Kit and put it through a proper “is this actually worth it?” test, because I love a budget craft find… but I’m not here to gatekeep or pretend everything is magical if it isn’t. I paired it with a coloured UV resin kit (kindly gifted by @serendipity) and tried to make pendants that look way more expensive than the price tag—think wire details, embedded charms, and those swirly marbled colour moments we all hope will behave. In this video I take you through the whole process from start to finish: what the kit gives you, how the wire handles, how the UV resin behaves with colour, and what happens when you try to combine the two without it turning into a sticky, wonky mess.
