First of all, it's important to honor your desire to be helpful to others! And yet, as you can see, avoidance of one’s task is quite possible when we are helping someone with a specific task. The old adage “put on your oxygen mask first” applies here – have you already scheduled what’s important for you, e.g. your own sales page? If you have a strong desire to help others, have you scheduled time for that as well? Practice keeping your helping within that boundary. Practice saying to them “Here’s the best I could do in the time I had – I truly hope this is helpful!” ** My best videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKgVtpwuUQ1sziqRw_88cCzWcYAk1aik_ My socials: https://www.instagram.com/geokao https://www.linkedin.com/company/georgekao/ https://www.facebook.com/GeorgeKaoCommunity/ https://substack.com/@georgekao My email newsletter: https://www.GeorgeKao.com/email
