I wanted the convenience of AI meeting notes without handing my raw audio over to servers I don’t control. So instead of doing a traditional review, I’m walking through how I actually use this thing day to day, what works, what doesn’t, and why the hardware is only half the story. In this video, I’ll show the local-first workflow I built to keep transcription and summaries inside my own network, plus the one annoying bottleneck that still needs a better solution.
