This was basically me wading back into livestream land after being away from it for a couple years. I jumped on to test my OBS layout, camera routing, and audio (and yeah… it’s a pretty dumb setup right now: phone into OBS wirelessly, an Action Pro cam over USB-C, and a lav mic). The whole point was to see what works, what doesn’t, and what I need to change so I can start doing more regular streams where I can actually pull up my DAW, run backing tracks, and demo gear in a way that feels useful instead of just me dinking about. Gear-wise, I was running a Synergy amp for the stream because the IR direct out makes it easy to get legit tube tones without making enemies in my town. I also talked through my very real love/hate relationship with Evertune: I used to be super against them because of bad experiences (and one guitar where it straight-up sucked the life out of it), but once I moved away from open tunings and started tracking super low A/F# stuff, it started saving my ass—especially with heavy muting and bends.
