We took the opportunity to visit Austin, Texas and just focus on our fitness for once. We made it a point to showcase the GBRS Group Universal Fitness Standards. A baseline built to measure real world needs for individuals who get tested everyday. In this video, we captured behind the scenes of what those 5 days looked like and the authentic interactions we had along the way.
