RODE PodMic WS14 Windscreen REVIEW And Comparison To WS2

The #rode WS14 pop filter is finally being sold separately from the PodMic USB. The WS14 is available in eight colors including: black, white, red, blue, green, orange, purple, and pink. In this video I test the RODE WS14 against the WS2. There absolutely no comparison in the looks department. But how does it hold up for its intended purpose? In this video I perform the tried and true plosive test from two finger-widths away and a full fist away. Typically, these would be the distances someone would address the RODE PodMic from. To my ears, I think the WS14 outperforms the WS2 against plosives. In my opinion it's a clean sweep for the WS14 windscreen.
