In this video, I show you how I built a full cinematic story with consistent characters, consistent environments, and a clean scene-to-scene flow using Utopai Studios’ PAI model. This isn’t just “generate a random clip” AI—PAI walks you through an agentic workflow where you’re basically directing a mini film in your browser. I start with a simple prompt (a coffee mug that magically refills) and a single reference image (AI Dana, the AI version of my wife). From there, PAI analyzes the reference, maps it to the main character, proposes a style (in my case, hand-drawn 2D), and generates a script that breaks the story into 12 shots. Then I go into storyboard mode and generate all 12 keyframes, and this is where the tool really stands out: Dana stays consistent across frames, and the room details (lamp, window, mug design) hold together like an actual production. I also show how I iterate like a real director—editing a specific frame (shot 7) to tilt the mug so it clearly reads as empty, choosing between three variations, and then generating the final one-minute video. You can tweak frames, delete clips, and even upscale to 4K. I used about 930 credits (roughly $10), and for the level of control and consistency you get, the pricing makes sense.
