My Second House and Spotz the Cat

My second house in Tennessee has been a good investment, The real estate market near Nashville has more than tripled in value in the past 18 years I have lived here, None of my real estate is now for rent or for sale. I recently started upgrading the house adding square footage and more rooms. My intention is to retire some day and it will be a nice area to be a retiree. Spotz the Cat is very healthy and happy and energetic. Spotz likes to chase imaginary cats.
