WALKING THE STREETS AT 6:40 AM... THEN THIS HAPPENED We started our day early — walking the streets of Lake Placid at 6:40 AM while the snow was falling and the town was completely quiet. It seriously felt like a winter movie scene ❄️✨ Ayden had two hockey games today, so most of the day revolved around the rink and cheering him on 🏒💙 In between games, we decided to try dog sledding, but after seeing how the dogs were treated, I just couldn’t do it. It broke my heart, and I couldn’t support it — sometimes you have to listen to your gut, even on vacation. We ended the night with bad pasta (it happens 😂) and Ayden skating on the frozen lake, which was such a cool experience to watch.
