I NEED TO VENT Come spend the day with us as I finally make it back to the gym! Before heading out, I shared some of my frustrations about the recent changes at the gym. They rearranged a lot of the equipment, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. It even had me wondering if it might be time to start looking at other gym options. After getting my workout in, it was time to switch gears and head to hockey for Ayden. We wrapped up the day at the rink, cheering him on and spending time doing what we love.
