FLAMING Hammer Bat : 2017 Zombie Apocalypse Weapon Forging Challenge

This is my entry to the 2017 zombie apocalypse challenge!! This is the first time I have ever forged anything. I tried to do this with items just laying around the shop. I didn't go out to buy anything for this project. I chose to forge a hammer into an axe. it didn't go as well as I had hoped and I didn't end up making it Sharp. I'll finish it next time I get the forge out. I used my broken Makita belt sander as the blower. I used a turkey pan as the forge pit. I burned maple branches that I had dried in my garage. I made a larger handle for my biggest ballpeem hammer. I did this because it hurt a lot less to use it because I didn't have to squeeze my hand as small.
