Trying Full Glam with NO FOUNDATION! Also First Impressions Morphe 24A Artist Pass I've done natural “no foundation” looks before but I have never tried no foundation with a full glam look, and I'm really just interested to see how it is going to turn out! So this is a full glam tutorial/no foundation routine! I also figured I would do a couple first impressions of some new makeup including the Morphe 24A Artist Pass. About This Video

Today was one of those super rainy, quarantine-y days where I just wanted to sit down and do makeup… but I had zero plan. Then it hit me: what if I did a full glam look with NO foundation? I’ve done “no foundation” before, but always super natural—never with a dramatic eye. So in this video I test that idea in real time, while also doing first (and second) impressions on a few products, especially the Morphe 24A Artist Pass palette. For the eyes, I tried a halo eye and went in with the Morphe mattes first… and I’m not gonna lie, I struggled. The deeper matte (Seek Shade) looked patchy and blended away, and I felt like I was working way harder than I should have to make it look cohesive. The glitter shade Spotlight Stealer is really pretty (it has little star glitter pieces), but it flakes and the star placement is honestly kind of annoying unless you’re willing to babysit it (and maybe even place stars with tweezers). On the skin, “no foundation” didn’t mean “no face products.” I used a pore-filling primer, color corrected, added concealer only where I needed it, and set with translucent powders because I’m very oily. The final takeaway: full glam with no foundation is totally doable, but blending bronzer/blush can be trickier—and the Morphe 24A does not have my seal of approval yet.
