Hey guys, in this video I’m giving you an update on my “chopping block” box—aka the makeup I’ve been forcing myself to use for the last month to figure out why it’s just sitting in my collection. The whole point is to stop letting products languish and actually decide: am I missing out on something amazing, or is there a real reason I never reach for it? Spoiler alert: most of it is getting decluttered, and I only ended up keeping two things. I walk through each product with real wear-test thoughts, not just pretty swatches. The Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer is getting passed along because it goes patchy on me and the tone looks off, and the ColourPop Lunch Money Super Shock highlighter is a no because it only behaves on bare skin (and I have to powder). I also declutter the Ciate cream shadow because it fades into oblivion, the Wander Beauty palette because the shimmers go flat and dusty on my lids, and the Fenty Ever Matte primer because I’m done fighting my oily skin with super-mattifying products. The wins? I’m keeping the Clinique Beyond Perfecting concealer (it’s basic, not “camouflage,” but usable) and the Sleek Rose Gold blush because it’s genuinely beautiful and I’ve been reaching for it a ton.
