my email is: casedoesstuff8@gmail.com Recipe Smoked Braised Beef Roast Pat the roast dry, lightly coat with oil or mustard, and season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Preheat the smoker to 225°F using a strong wood such as hickory or oak. Place the roast directly on the grate, fat side up if applicable, and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 155–165°F. Transfer the roast to a foil pan and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, butter or other fat, and optional onion and garlic. Cover tightly with foil and increase the smoker temperature to 250°F. Cook until the roast becomes probe tender at approximately 200–205°F internal temperature.
