Suunto has a reputation for making conservative recreational dive computers. Their new Eon Steel Black is their competitor to high end technical diving computers, and I will say I'm impressed. It is easy to use, has tons of excellent features and with the ability to use Suunto's Fused RGBM2 algorithm OR the more standard Buhlman algorithm for calculating NDL, Time to Surface, etc. it really is a powerhouse. Now everyone has their personal preferences and features that they need/like, so it is always good to talk to a local professional to get a full breakdown to find the dive computer that is right for you.
