This is one of the stops on our British Isles Cruise but as we explore this unknown island we find ourselves wondering about. Who owns this island, is it part of Britain, the UK? It seems to be an independent island with crown dependancy. We spend the day exploring the main city/town of Douglas. And eventually head to Castletown where we make our way through Castle Rushen (we very well preserved medieval castle) and eventually stop at a pub. At the end of the day we take a Victorian era Steam train back to Douglas.
