About This Video

In this video I finally admit it: I’ve got a LEGO problem… and it’s my backlog. I pulled everything out from the deep, dark corners under my LEGO City (where sets go to be “built eventually”) and laid it all out so I can’t ignore it anymore. Some of these sets I genuinely forgot I even had, and a few have been sat sealed for years. It’s not like I bought it all in one go either—some are birthday/Christmas gifts, some are older retired finds, and a lot of it is stuff I grabbed on a good deal because I’m very rarely paying full price for LEGO. I talk through what I’ve actually got and, more importantly, why I bought it. There are proper plans here: a Marvel “LEGO City compatible” New York display, a Jurassic Park island diorama, an Arctic seasonal scene, and a bunch of Wild West ideas (including BrickLink Designer Program sets and some big trains like the Orient Express). I also show a few random one-offs I’m still undecided on, plus some Botanical and display sets I’m excited to build when I sort my shelf space. The takeaway is simple: I need to sit down, decide what still fits my layouts, and either build it, modify it, or move it on—because right now it’s literally in the way of my parts collection.
