I’m back from a little break and taking you with me to Cancun for a quick, super packed all-inclusive trip at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. This is my second time in Cancun, but our first time at this resort—and I stayed in the Turquoize adults-only tower (separate building, no kids, and honestly such a cozy vibe). I show you a full room tour (double sinks, open shower you can slide for an ocean view, and the best part… the ocean-view jacuzzi on the balcony). We also used the butler service to customize the minibar and even had them set up our jacuzzi while we were at dinner. In this vlog I’m basically sharing how to “do” an all-inclusive efficiently: make the hibachi reservation early (it’s the only one that requires it), snack between meals (taco stand was a must), and plan activities so you’re not just eating the whole day (unless that’s your goal). We did a 7AM pilates class, tried an aqua balance-style class (all thighs, I’m going to be sore), and hopped between the adults-only infinity pool, heated jacuzzi spots, and the main beach. I also share little tips I wish I knew sooner—like the men’s dress code being kind of strict (we literally had to go shirt-hunting), and how to save on spa treatments using the vouchers they leave during turndown service plus café coupons. Overall, it’s a great resort for a quiet beach + pool reset, but if you want tons of included water sports, it’s a different vibe than some other Cancun all-inclusives.
