Hello everyone—this is my deep review of the newest Pixel OS based on Android 13, and I tested it with a focus on real daily usage: smoothness, stability, battery, and the small features that actually matter. This build dropped on August 18, 2023, comes with the August 5, 2023 security patch, and it’s running the Quicksilver kernel. In this video I walk you through the overall user experience, the major changelogs, and then I show you the key areas like Pixel Launcher, wallpapers & styles, quick settings, and the important settings you’ll probably tweak first. What I liked most is the “clean stock Android” vibe—Pixel OS isn’t trying to overload you with crazy customization, and that’s exactly why it feels so buttery. I didn’t face glitches in quick settings, and I also didn’t hit any random bugs during my use, which is a big deal. I also cover highlights like unlimited Google Photos storage (photos and videos), the new emoji wallpapers and live wallpapers, and the MIUI camera included here. My conclusion is simple: if you want a stable, silky smooth ROM that’s light on customization but heavy on optimization and battery life, Pixel OS is absolutely worth trying.
