In this deep review, I tested the latest Official Arrow OS 13.1 build (June 7, 2023) running on Android 13 with the May 5, 2023 security patch and Quicksilver kernel. I went through the ROM section by section—camera, user experience, wallpapers & style, quick settings, apps, battery, display, security, Xiaomi Parts, gestures—and then compared it with the previous Arrow OS build to see if it’s actually an upgrade or a downgrade. My biggest takeaway is simple: Arrow OS 13.1 is all about smoothness, stability, and a near pure Stock Android feel. The quick settings stutter from the previous build is fixed, and overall performance feels seamless with no major bugs in my usage. I also highlighted features people really care about like unlimited Google Photos storage being enabled by default, Parallel Space app cloning, useful quick setting tiles, and strong battery backup—though I’m still disappointed that extreme battery saver is missing and the battery icon style customization is removed. If you want a clean, stable ROM without flashy customization, Arrow OS 13.1 is definitely worth considering.
