In this video I did a deep review of the latest Evolution X 7.9.2 ROM based on Android 13, with the May 2023 Android security patch and Quicksilver kernel (the previous build had Charsity kernel). I covered what actually matters in daily use: camera, launcher changes, performance, user experience, and the useful extras hidden inside Evolver settings. My goal was simple—tell you honestly if 7.9.2 feels like an upgrade or a downgrade compared to the previous build. I tested the Mi Camera that comes pre-included and it worked flawlessly for me, including a fully functioning 48MP mode and portrait shots with a proper bokeh effect. Then I went through the Evolution X Launcher (based on Launcher3), the new home screen options like wallpaper parallax, single page center, hotseat background opacity, and corner radius controls. I also shared my AnTuTu result (248,867), which is a big jump from 7.9 (201,913), and I could feel that in the smoother scrolling and the lag-free quick settings panel. I also showed how to enable unlimited Google Photos storage (disabled by default), plus features like Game Space, Netflix spoof, ignore secure flags, transient task mode, and the security options like face unlock and app lock.
