In this video I’m sharing my full review of the YESOUL G1M Plus spin bike with the built-in screen — basically the Peloton-style setup I’ve wanted for years, without the £2,000+ price tag (and the super pricey subscription). I run through the actual bike, how it feels to ride, what the build quality is like for the money, and all the practical bits like adjustability, the resistance knob, the pedals, storage, and how easy it is to move around (it’s weighty, but it does have wheels on the front). I also show you the 21.5-inch Full HD 1080p screen, how quickly it turns on, and how I use it with both the YESOUL app and the Peloton app. I’m being totally honest — I actually prefer the YESOUL app most of the time because there’s more going on on the screen, and the classes are really easy to follow as you build up. The sound is brilliant, the screen is really clear, and switching into landscape mode is so simple. This isn’t a “new year, new me” thing for me — I started properly around September because I was feeling unhappy with my body (hello perimenopause), and I needed something realistic I’d actually stick to. I’ve noticed a real difference already: I’m sweating by the end, my energy is up, my mental health feels better, and I’m down about a stone over the last three months.
