In this video I’m trying out some new hair — the Goo Goo Classic Full Thick Clip In Hair Extensions — because I’m giving my hair a bit of a break from tape-ins. I went for the “full classic” set because my natural hair is really thick (it’s naturally curly, even though it’s straightened here), and I wanted extensions that actually match that thickness. I’m wearing shade 16/22A (light blonde highlights) and I chose 18 inch this time (I normally go 16). I talk you through first impressions, the packaging, what you get in the box (including a claw clip and spare clips), and I show the wefts and how strong and secure the clips feel. I also properly test the things that matter: are they thick from root to tip, do they blend, and are they comfy? The big takeaway for me is the quality — the hair feels stunning, looks really glossy, and the ends aren’t thin or raggedy. The colour was slightly off at first, but a quick wash with purple shampoo sorted it because my ends are a bit ashy. Once they’re in, they don’t feel heavy at all, they’re really comfortable, and you can’t see the tracks. I also show the “Scalp Hair Fill-Ins” and explain how they can help with little gaps around the hairline (just make sure the root shade matches).
