Visit my Amazon Shop: https://www.amazon.com/shop/christinesnaturalkitchen Instant Pot Bone Broth Makes 10 cups INGREDIENTS: Bones from 1 turkey or chicken carcass 10 cups water 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar Place the bones, water and apple cider vinegar inside the Instant Pot. Set the valve to the sealing position. Using the manual setting, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 120 minutes. When the cooking time has finished, you can set another optional manual cooking time of 120 minutes, but this time use the LOW setting. At the end of the cooking time, let the pressure release naturally. Strain the finished bone broth into a stainless steel bowl to cool for 30 minutes before transferring to glass mason jars. Pour the bone broth into the jars using a stainless steel canning funnel.
