Crispy pancake pastry wrapped around a wonderful mix of beansprouts and other crisp vegetables. Traditionally also made with chunks of chinese char siu roast pork, prawns and even ham, recently there's been a move towards the vegetarian option. The beauty of the spring roll is that you can try just about any vegetable you have in your fridge.
