Healthy eating does not mean your food can't be exciting. And here to prove my point is one of the tastiest and nutritious dishes you can cook beef and broccoli in oyster sauce. Packed full of vitamins, minerals and iron, broccoli is one of the original superfoods. This recipe uses very little oil and only a little beef (thinly sliced so it goes a long way). The broccoli is ever-so lightly blanched so it retains all it's goodness and the sauce is light but incredibly tasty. Could this be the holy grail of healthy dishes....? I'll let you decide. Let me know in the comments below. For 2 people you will need 200g of beef - topside/sirloin steak/fillet steak 1 head of broccoli 1/2 an onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp oyster sauce 150 ml stock (of your choice) 1 tsp light soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp sugar A good pinch of salt and pepper 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate 1 tbsp cooking oil for the stir fry
