Crispy Chilli Chicken is one of the most requested recipes on my YouTube channel. There is something about the crispiness combined with the sticky sweet, spicy, piquant sauce that appeals to nearly everyone. It's one of those dishes people always order from chinese restaurants or takeaways and always wonder how it's made. Well wonder no more! It's actually quite easy to make although there are a few different stages to go through which is why this is quite a long video.
