How to make a Chow Mein without Stir Frying (the noodles) King Prawn Chow Mein Recipe Chow mein is great and one of the most famous Chinese and Asian dishes there is. However stir frying noodles can be a bit tricky because if you get it slightly wrong you can easily end up with a burnt, sticky mess. In this recipe I show you how to cook a no fail, delicious king prawn chow mein WITHOUT stir frying the noodles. Yes there is some stir frying (the veg) but that's pretty easy anyway. But using my method you are guaranteed to get a lovely wok of noodles without any of the hassle.
