How to make Char Siu Pork This Chinese recipe is my quickest char siu pork recipe and it is so easy. I will show you how to make a char siu marinade - classic but very quick and easy. The secret is to use pork chops instead of pork belly which makes it faster to cook and the pork chops will absorb the marinade in a much shorter time. Pork chops are also more readily available in most supermarkets and you're far more likely to have them in your fridge than belly pork. You can also use loin chops or fillet of pork if you want - they will work equally well. A real family favourite that you can whip up in a much shorter time than you might think.
