I taught my family how to cook a birthday celebration feast! My brother-in-law and niece were my sous chefs and eager to learn how to make a special dinner to celebrate 3 different members of our family. This joint dinner was especially nice because Joe's birthday is on Christmas and tends to get over-shadowed! We made flank steak with chimichurri, loaded baked potatoes, roasted asparagus, bruschetta, and shrimp pasta! It was a sweet time together and Joe even got his favorite birthday gift all the way from Korea!
