Welcome to another episode of my Char Char Pet Haul—this one is the dental special! Charlie literally just got his teeth cleaned, so I took a trip to our local PetSmart and grabbed a few goodies to help keep his teeth nice and clean and healthy. In this video I unbox what we picked up, let Charlie taste-test the chews, and share what I learned along the way about helping with tartar buildup, plaque, and even keeping breath fresh. First up, I tried Bentley’s House Rawhide Mini Knotted Bones (with chicken). I had just found out rawhide can actually be really good for dogs with tartar and plaque buildup, and Charlie was immediately excited—tail wagging, ready to run to his bed and chew. Then we tested Science Diet Dental Chews, which a PetSmart staff member told me is vet-recommended and made to help clean teeth and freshen breath. Charlie definitely had opinions, and I also share a super helpful PetSmart tip: if your dog doesn’t like a product, you can return it even if you opened the package (keep your receipt!). I also show dental finger wipes (my big sizing complaint included) and a couple Top Paw sample-size bath products I was excited to find.
