I’m working in my memory planning flow, focusing on getting my stories documented without overthinking it, and leaning into the supplies I already have on hand. I also take a minute to do a real check-in, because honestly… these times feel heavy, and I think we should all make it a point to look out for each other. This week is about keeping it moving, keeping it meaningful, and letting the process be comforting—stickers, photos, journaling, all of it.
