In this quick little process video, I’m doing MORE zoomed-in stories in my scrappy spiral notebook—this time all about our cats, because my fur babies are a huge part of our family and they absolutely deserve their own pages. I’m documenting their silly personalities in a way that feels super “real life” and super me: simple storytelling, cozy details, and all the little bits that make memory keeping so fun. For supplies, I pulled out elements from the new Grabie scrapbook club box kit and paired them with the “Cats, Coffee, & Chaos” stamps from Syncopation Design to add that extra pop of personality (because if you know, you know). The big takeaway is that you don’t need a massive, complicated layout to tell a meaningful story—zooming in on one subject (like your pets) makes it easy to get it done and still feel totally special.
