In this video I’m breaking down how I pace my Outschool classes so they feel smooth, organized, and not rushed—because pacing is honestly one of the biggest things that separates a “meh” class from one that gets rebooked. I walk you through how I plan the flow of a lesson, how I think about timing for each section, and how I keep myself on track without sounding robotic or stressing myself out mid-class. I also share what I do when students are moving faster or slower than expected (because that happens all the time), and how I build in a little flexibility so I’m not panicking if we go off-script. The goal is to keep students engaged while still finishing what you promised in the class description.
