Playing with the preinfusion setting on the Gemilai CRM 3007Z. It is really interesting to see how the "pump-on" preinfusion and its flow rate affect the taste of coffee. Even the duration of this phase will have an impact. To make it more interesting, I realised that the pump-off preinfusion on the 3007Z has water being dispensed continuously even when pump is off, and this works differently as compared to the 3006Z.
