What’s good everyone, CJ here. In this video I’m mixing a full beat with a hook using nothing but the LANDR FX Suite—five simple plugins that are built around real, tried-and-true techniques and a super fast workflow. The main thing I like about all five is they’re easy to understand: you’ve got a big blend knob in the middle, plus input/output so you can gain stage properly and keep everything sitting right in the mix. I walk through each plugin and show you how I actually used them in a real Logic Pro project: LANDR FX Acoustic for widening, reverb/delay vibes, and even automating presets section-by-section; LANDR FX Electric for adding richness, gloss, and movement (I was stacking plugins to get the vibe I wanted); and LANDR FX Voice to build an entire vocal chain with only that one plugin—EQ vibes first, then compression, then creative delays/reverbs. After that, I hit LANDR FX Beats (one of my favorites) to shape kick, snare, and hats with quick preset switching that completely changes transients and presence. Finally, LANDR FX Bass helps lock in the 808 with presets like “Bright and Wide,” plus a reminder to adjust input if you’re adding too much body.
