About This Video

One of the big secrets to younger-looking skin isn’t surgery, injections, or even the best creams—it’s what dermatologists have been quietly recommending for years: non-fractional laser treatments. In this video, I break down how one approach can target fine lines and wrinkles, dullness, and uneven tone by working deeper than the surface. Topicals are wonderful (I use them and I teach them), but if you really want long-term improvement in skin vitality, you have to support what’s happening in the deeper layers where collagen and elasticity live. I explain the key difference between lasers that burn and peel the surface versus non-fractional laser technology that sends energy into the tissue to help lift, tighten, and thicken skin over time—without “crystallizing” the surface. The sweet spot is heating skin to about 45°C/113°F: not hot enough to burn, but warm enough to help rev up collagen production (yes, right down to supporting those little engines in your mitochondria). I also demo and review the NIRA Laser Pro 3, which I was excited to test because I’ve used NIRA devices for about three years. The Pro 3 adds more power settings, stronger output, and better battery performance—making treatments faster, easier, and more effective.
