In this video I’m breaking down something that gives you better anti-aging results overnight than an expensive spa visit: improving the quality of your sleep. This isn’t hearsay—it’s proven science. When you consistently sleep well, you support your body’s overnight repair cycle (that prime window I talk about a lot, roughly 10 p.m. to around 3:30–4 a.m.), which is when your skin is repairing collagen and elastin, restoring hydration, and clearing out the kind of “dead weight” cells that can make skin look older, duller, and more textured. I also explain why this gets harder as we age—your internal clock (the SCN) can change over time, which impacts circadian rhythms, hormones, and sleep quality. Then I share what I personally do to stack the deck in my favor: aiming for 7–9 hours, protecting my face from sleep-crease wrinkles with a properly designed sleep pillow and silk pillowcases, building a consistent bedtime routine (including getting off blue light), and using overnight skincare that focuses on deep hydration and “capping” moisture.
