In this video I’m building the Keyno Y·8, a CNC raw aluminum TKL (80%) that’s basically a piece of keyboard art. I walk through what makes this board feel so premium in the first place—materials, fit and finish, and why the “raw aluminum” vibe is such a cool look if you’re into clean, industrial builds. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but my take is pretty simple: the quality is there, the parts feel high-end, and it’s the kind of board that’s going to last. I also talk about why the Y·8 is interesting beyond just looks: it’s super customizable and genuinely unique compared to a lot of same-y TKLs.
