What should your YouTube workflow look like? I’m so glad you asked because in this video (which is Part 2 of my YouTube Workflow series), I go into further detail about who should do what, how it all happens, and the order of the various processes within my YouTube workflow. This video is for anyone who wants help establishing a workflow for growing their YouTube channel or business.
