In this video I fix the classic NFS Most Wanted 2005 crash where you hit Play and Windows throws “Speed.exe has stopped working.” I keep it simple and fast: I show you two fully working methods that I use to get the game launching clean on modern Windows (Windows 7/8/10/11). Along the way I also cover the annoying stuff that usually comes with this crash—game not opening, black screen before loading, fullscreen issues, and being stuck at low resolution like 640x480. Method 1 is the quick compatibility mode fix. This is the one that works for most players and can remove the crash instantly with just a few settings changes.
