I also break down what you’re getting with this Revamp Edition: a full cops overhaul (heat 1–10, new cop cars, better pursuits, health bars, radio lines), tons of addon cars with proper engine/turbo sounds and improved damage, plus upgrades to traffic, collisions, races, camera angles, and customization. On the visual side, it’s a heavy graphics overhaul with textures, shaders, timecycle improvements, flares, and an RTGI ReShade preset—so you need to start from a clean install with no other mods.
