This is my Vlogmas finale, and on Christmas Day I wanted to give you the most important gift I could ever give: the truth about Jesus Christ and the real meaning of Christmas. After all the hauls, makeup, products, and the fun of the season, I needed to pause and remind us that Christmas is not about the gifts, the trees, the decor, or the traditions. The true reason for the season is redemption—Jesus took on the likeness of man, lowered Himself to our level, and made a way for us to live with Him in eternity. In this video, I share the hope we have because Jesus hung on that cross, rose again, and ascended to prepare a place for us. I read Isaiah 9:6 and also remind you of Revelation 3:20—He’s knocking, and we have to open the door. I walk through what it means to receive Him: repent, confess that He is the Son of the living God, believe His Word, and be baptized for the remission of sins. You don’t have to be perfect—grace covers us, but it’s not an excuse to keep sinning.
