About This Video

Vlogmas Day 24 was all about quality time, real-life vibes, and making the everyday feel special on our Bougie Girl Road Trip. I took y’all along as me and my daughter got ready to hit the road—starting with the plan to pick up a rental car. Well…life happened. They gave away all the rental cars, and I realized my booking time mix-up, so we pivoted and took my own car instead. She’d just had maintenance two weeks ago and was in excellent condition, so we kept it moving. We made our first stop at a rest stop near the South Carolina line, and I had to shout them out because the people were so sweet and the bathrooms were very clean—yes, details matter on a road trip. Then we rolled into Savannah, Georgia to stay overnight, and y’all…let me tell you something: I have a fear of bridges. That high bridge had me calling on Jesus the whole way across, but God got me through and we made it safely. We checked into the JW Marriott in Savannah, and the room was amazing—eclectic, cozy-luxury, and the bathroom was giving vintage charm with that sink. This vlog is your reminder that “boss” living isn’t always perfect—it’s intentional, flexible, faith-forward, and thankful for every safe arrival.
