About This Video

Hello friends, welcome to my channel. This is Day 4 of my Palo Alto firewall deployment in Azure Cloud series, and in this video I take you to the real Azure portal and do everything practically. I start from the basics—how to create an Azure account, what details Microsoft asks for (including billing/credit or debit card), and then how to check whether your subscription is already created. Most of the time subscription is already there, but I show you how to search it and verify it before you touch any deployment. After that, I create a Resource Group (I used a lab naming style so I can keep everything in one place), select the correct region, and then build the Virtual Network step-by-step. I create subnets, explain how I’m dividing the address space, and later I expand the VNet and add more subnets because Palo Alto VM-Series needs specific subnet mapping. Finally, I go to Azure Marketplace, search the Palo Alto VM-Series image, select license bundle options, choose the deployment architecture (management/public/private), assign the correct subnets, set admin credentials, and deploy the firewall. By the end, you’ll see the deployment completed successfully—this is just the start, and next we’ll build topology, infra, and real traffic flow.
