I recreated Heston's perfect Christmas

In 2007 Heston Blumenthal cooked a special Christmas banquet for six celebrity guests. I've decided to try and recreate it. Heston Blumenthal is known for unusual combinations and unexpected recipes, and his three star Michelin restaurant The Fat Duck was once named the best in the world. This is a compilation of all the recipes I made in the series, but there is a bonus chunk on the end where I discuss what worked and what didn't. This was an epic journey that led me to lots of odd things I'd not tried before. It was difficult but gave me ideas for ways I could adapt the recipes and techniques into everyday cooking.
