I made Marco Pierre White's 3 star desserts

In his book White Heat Marco Pierre White lists several desserts. Looking at his recipes for peach melba and roasted pears I was struck by how similar they were in preparation. I thought it would be a good idea to try them both out, but it turns out that was a bad idea. Features a couple of elements I just completely failed at. Both are fruit, with ice cream, and different garnishes.
